Where are you located?

My shop is located in the woods located in Upstate NY. I never leave the mountainside, just the way I like it. 

Who makes your bags?

I am a one woman operation. I make everything myself from start to finish.

When will I receive my bag?

Production time takes about 1-4 weeks. I have a small studio and sometimes cannot stock all leather supplies needed. Also most of my leather hides are produced right here in the USA. Sometimes a hide can take 1.5 weeks for me to receive if it is back ordered.

Do you do repairs?

Yes! But only on my own products. There's only so many hours in a day, and I'd like to spend them making stuff! Please email me crystal@lockkeyleathers.com if you need something repaired on your bag. 

Do you make custom bags?

Unfortunately I do not make custom bags. I do have options on some bags to add features like zippers and pockets thought.

Do you accept returns?

Yes in exchange for another item or store credit. Please check out my refund policy for more details at the bottom of the page.
